Job Summary
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment such as boilers, chillers, pumps, generators, and air handling units
  • Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and facility infrastructure in good working condition
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls
  • Conduct regular inspections (lighting, generators, cooling systems, etc.) and resolve issues
  • Assist engineers and mechanics with complex repairs
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and organized work areas
  • Complete daily work logs and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support guest satisfaction
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of general maintenance experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC
  • Vocational training or apprenticeship experience is a plus

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be at least 18 years old and pass a drug test
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to work in varied conditions (indoors/outdoors, extreme temperatures, noise, confined spaces, heights)
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and lifting (up to 75 lbs.)
  • Use of tools, heavy equipment, and maintenance machinery
  • Exposure to chemicals, smoke, and cleaning agents
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
