Job SummaryHOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment such as boilers, chillers, pumps, generators, and air handling units
- Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and facility infrastructure in good working condition
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls
- Conduct regular inspections (lighting, generators, cooling systems, etc.) and resolve issues
- Assist engineers and mechanics with complex repairs
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and organized work areas
- Complete daily work logs and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service and support guest satisfaction
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of general maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC
- Vocational training or apprenticeship experience is a plus

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a drug test
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in varied conditions (indoors/outdoors, extreme temperatures, noise, confined spaces, heights)
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and lifting (up to 75 lbs.)
- Use of tools, heavy equipment, and maintenance machinery
- Exposure to chemicals, smoke, and cleaning agents
- Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
