We're looking for an HVAC professional who can assess projects, design solutions, build trust with customers and builders, and create accurate estimates that set our teams up for success.

At Premier Systems, we serve homeowners, builders, contractors, and business owners throughout the Gallatin Valley. From custom homes and remodels to mini-split systems, boiler projects, light commercial work, and system replacements, we need someone who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer communication.

What You'll DoEstimating & DesignPerform site visits and project assessmentsReview plans, specifications, and project requirementsDesign HVAC solutions for residential and light commercial projectsEstimate remodels, additions, mini-split systems, boiler projects, and residential new construction projectsDevelop accurate scopes of work and project proposalsCollaborate with field teams to ensure projects are sold and designed correctlyCustomer & Builder RelationshipsMeet with homeowners, builders, contractors, and property ownersBuild trust through technical knowledge and professionalismHelp customers understand available options and make informed decisionsDevelop and maintain relationships with builders and referral partnersRepresent Premier Systems with professionalism in the field and communityResidential Replacement OpportunitiesRespond to select replacement and upgrade opportunitiesEvaluate existing systems and comfort concernsRecommend appropriate equipment and solutionsPresent proposals and financing optionsGuide customers through the decision-making processInternal CollaborationWork closely with Service, Installation, New Construction, and Plumbing teamsEnsure smooth project handoffs from sale to productionIdentify opportunities for additional services, IAQ, maintenance agreements, and system improvementsHelp improve estimating processes, consistency, and project profitabilityWhat Success Looks LikeAccurate estimatesStrong gross profit marginsHigh close rates on qualified opportunitiesPositive builder and customer relationshipsClean project handoffsIncreased project volume and revenue growthA reputation for being knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work withThe Right PersonYou'll likely thrive in this role if you:
