Job Description

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property's overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Compensation:
$40,000 - $45,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
Qualifications:
Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role Experience in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, flooring and HVAC is required Must have, or be willing to get certified as a Certified Pool Operator About Company Our Compensation Philosophy We understand that living is not getting any cheaper.
