Candidates must have 2+ years of construction experience , including experience with mechanical systems involving HVAC and/or plumbing. Job Description Coordinate HVAC and plumbing installations to help keep construction projects running smoothly. Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality. Prepare RFIs, change orders, project schedules, and progress reports. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel to solve challenges and meet deadlines. Attend project meetings, coordinate construction activities, and monitor progress. Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and operations and maintenance documentation. Qualifications 2+ years of construction experience with exposure to HVAC and/or plumbing systems. Ability to read construction drawings and understand mechanical installations. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction coordination, RFIs, and project schedules. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or other construction management software is a plus. Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with construction teams. $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
