As a key member of our design department, you'll play a crucial role in designing and coordinating complex building systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop MEPF systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC systems. Create detailed 3D models, plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD or BIM software Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of MEPF systems Perform calculations, sizing, and selection of equipment and components Review and interpret building codes, standards, and regulations Conduct field visits and provide support during construction phases Applicable Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in MEPF design or related field Proficiency in CAD or BIM software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks or Revisto. Experience with mechanical piping, electrical, plumbing or fire sprinkler systems design and coordination. Experience with installation or maintenance of mechanical piping, electrical, plumbing or fire sprinkler systems. Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations Excellent communication and coordination skills Knowledge of fire protection and HVAC systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies
