The Engineer is responsible for engineering operations within the facility, including maintenance, repair, and performance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Pay:
$99,840 - $114,400 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM ABM Employee Benefits \u007C Front Line Team Members \u007C ABM Employee Benefits \u007C Front Line Team Members \u007C (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Key Responsibilities Oversee daily building engineering operations Maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and related building systems Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities Respond to alarms, work orders, and emergency repair needs Coordinate vendors and contractors performing building services Support compliance, inspections, and safety procedures Track maintenance activity, equipment condition, and service records Help ensure tenant comfort, operational reliability, and building readiness 5+ years of building engineering or facilities maintenance experience Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and BAS systems Experience leading work in commercial buildings Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate multiple priorities Strong communication, documentation, and vendor management skill We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
