(JLL) is seeking a Sr. Critical Infrastructure Engineer to lead the reliability, performance, and resilience of mission-critical building systems across a commercial real estate portfolio. In this role, you will design, operate, and optimize electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure, ensuring uptime for data centers and high-priority facilities. You will drive preventive maintenance, capacity planning, commissioning, and incident response while partnering with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable environments. Responsibilities Design, operate, and optimize critical building infrastructure (power, HVAC, UPS, generators, BMS). Lead reliability, redundancy, and resilience planning for data centers and mission-critical facilities. Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs with vendors and site teams. Monitor system performance, analyze failures, and implement root-cause corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety codes, environmental regulations, and JLL standards. Manage infrastructure projects, upgrades, and capacity planning across portfolios. Develop and maintain SOPs, EOPs, and commissioning/acceptance testing protocols. Provide technical guidance to engineers, facility managers, and client stakeholders. Support incident response, risk assessments, and business continuity planning. Leverage data and smart building technologies to drive energy efficiency and sustainability.
