Job Description

Position Summary:
Maintains building, mechanical and other fixtures by making repairs and by performing preventative maintenance tasks/projects throughout the casino in one or more trade disciplines that may include but not be limited to landscaping, carpentry, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical.

Essential Job Functions:
Repair and maintain HVAC systems Replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings Assist Engineer
III & IV
with projects as assigned Plumbing, drywall repair, carpenter functions, special trade Perform preventative maintenance to equipment on a scheduled basis Handle routine calls, prioritized by guest service needs Assists with cleanliness of casino property Front and Heart of House Must be able to utilize ladders of various heights, during the course of Engineering duties All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and training or experience in the field Must have a current valid driver's license Driving record must meet driver eligibility requirements of casino's insurance policy Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments Strong customer service skills Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team Ability to follow all policies and procedures including but not limited to attendance, appearance, safety, and security policies Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holiday Ability to obtain all required gaming licenses
