Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Engineer Location:
Solon, OH Salary:
$60,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. | Occasional overtime
Additional Pay:
$1,000 sign-on bonus, plus quarterly and year-end bonuses We're looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Engineer who can do more than repair a breakdown. You'll find the root cause, improve the equipment, and help prevent the problem from happening again. This hands-on role supports metal slitting lines and other production equipment. What you'll do Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment Investigate recurring failures and make improvements that reduce downtime Maintain slitting lines, rewinders, material handling equipment, compressors, and related machinery Improve preventive maintenance procedures and document repairs Assist with equipment installations and work with production to resolve equipment issues safely What we're looking for 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals Experience with motors, drives, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment preferred Metal processing or slitting equipment experience is a plus Associate degree or technical certification preferred; equivalent training and experience will be considered Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off and holidays; 401(k) and profit sharing; disability and life insurance; and work boot reimbursement.
