We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of experience in refrigeration and HVAC/R equipment along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates will also need experience with design and improvement using Solidworks. This is a temp to hire position ranging from $45-50/HR. Please today!
Create detailed schematics and 3D CAD models using SolidWorks.
Evaluate performance metrics to maximize efficiency, reliability, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Drive prototype assembly, hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and validation processes.
Deliver end-to-end technical leadership from initial concept through commercialization.
Ensure strict adherence to UL certifications and industry refrigeration standards.
Lead product safety evaluations, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
Maintain comprehensive engineering records, technical files, and regulatory documentation.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical and quality issues.
Execute root-cause analyses and implement long-term corrective actions.
Draft precise technical specifications, assembly instructions, and operational guidelines.
Optimize designs to improve manufacturability, production efficiency, and yield consistency.
Partner with Product Management, Quality, Sourcing, Sales, external testing labs, and suppliers.
Assess emerging technologies, alternative components, and candidate suppliers.
