BAS/HVAC

Controls Estimator/Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview:

This role offers a unique opportunity for a professional with a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven track record in HVAC Controls/BAS Estimation and Sales. The company is well-established in the area, boasting numerous ongoing projects and maintaining strong relationships within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimate and manage sales projects focused on BAS and HVAC controls. Utilize a strong skillset in mechanical understanding, installation, and expertise in BAS and HVAC controls. Read blueprints and wiring diagrams for accurate project implementation. Collaborate with clients, coworkers, and project managers to ensure effective communication. Demonstrate leadership skills and a strong work ethic. Enforce safety standards to the highest levels.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in HVAC Controls/BAS Estimation and Sales. In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC products, building automation systems, and mechanical systems. Certifications in Tridium and Niagara. Experience with Allerton and Distech Controls. Proficiency in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams. Excellent communication skills with clients, coworkers, and project managers. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety. Analytical and logical thinking with precision in detailed work.
