Commercial/Industrial HVAC-R Sales Professional Reliable Plant Maintenance - Dallas/Fort Worth |
Target Earnings:
$90K-$200K+ Reliable Plant Maintenance (RPM), a family-owned Commercial/Industrial HVAC-R company serving North Texas for 17+ years, is expanding its sales team. We're looking for an experienced, self-driven sales professional to build a book of business across DFW's fast-growing commercial and industrial market. The Opportunity Work with facility managers, property managers, and operations leaders in manufacturing, distribution/logistics, commercial property, healthcare, and institutional facilities — selling preventative maintenance, service/repair, equipment upgrades, and mechanical project work. Focus on building long-term relationships that generate recurring revenue. Why RPM

  • You focus on relationships; operations handles delivery Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new commercial HVAC-R accounts
  • Build relationships with facility/property managers
  • Identify PM opportunities; develop service, repair, and equipment proposals
  • Manage a full-cycle pipeline
  • Coordinate with operations on delivery Ideal Candidate Self-motivated relationship-builder with commercial HVAC-R mechanical sales experience who's comfortable prospecting and managing their own pipeline. Not a fit for those who prefer inbound-only leads, pure inside sales, or heavily structured corporate environments. Compensation & Benefits
  • $75,000 base + uncapped commission ($90K-$200K+ target)
