• building located at Hill Airforce Base in Utah. US Citizen Required
• naturalized is not permitted for this Federal role Contract Position
• not temp to hire Per diem is offered for meals, hotel and rental car 1 or 2 trips home (short trips, along with 2 weeks virtual offered).

Will be sitting onsite the entire project duration. Minimum of 3 years related work experience Mechanical Engineer Federal industry experience and is familiar with government requirements (i.e. UFCs, MIL-STDs, UFGS) Security Clearance (SECRET) or ability to get one Knowledge of building mechanical codes Strong HVAC / Plumbing design capability in industrial, commercial, central plants, boilers, chillers, and other related markets Knowledgeable in sustainable design Strong verbal and written communication skills US citizen Must be able to complete the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. Familiarity with the Unified Facilities Criteria Building Controls Systems Design /Building Automation (This is not a design role it is a role supporting our government client from their perspective. Work would involve performing design submittal reviews, and attendance of review conferences, client coordination, engineering support during construction. This opportunity you would be sitting on the client side of a design taking a totally different perspective and supporting on the government side.)
