Syracuse, New York job type: Contract salary: $20.02 - 24.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Set up and execute electrical, lighting, and mechanical tests according to established procedures and work instructions.

Operate basic laboratory instrumentation and verify test setups and equipment readiness prior to testing.

Accurately collect, record, and organize test data while supporting troubleshooting activities for engineering staff.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment while safely using hand tools and measurement devices.

Assist engineers and senior technicians with new product development, quality assurance, and validation activities.

qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Mechanical Technology preferred). At least 1 year of experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or hands-on technical environment, located within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY. Basic technical aptitude with hand tools, measurement equipment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
