Sr. Hardware Design Engineer Leddy Group is seeking a Sr. Hardware Design Engineer to support the design high-reliability electronic and electro-optic systems. This role will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to create robust products, drive product qualification efforts, and support the transition of new designs into manufacturing environments. Responsibilities Design, analyze, and simulate analog and digital electronic circuits for advanced product applications. Develop and execute qualification and verification plans for new product designs. Perform hands-on prototype development, testing, and evaluation of components, circuits, and assemblies. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, optical, and reliability engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. Support the creation of production test plans and manufacturing release documentation. Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Ensure work is performed with a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and ethical business practices. Qualifications Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience will also be considered. 10+ years of experience in hardware design, product development, or a related engineering environment. Experience with analog and digital circuit design, data analysis, computer programming, microcontrollers, and FPGA-based systems. Strong laboratory and experimental skills, including electronics assembly, soldering, troubleshooting, and optical measurement techniques.
