Department. In this role, you will lead cross-functional engineering activities across weapon systems, fire control, cybersecurity, and combat systems integration. You will guide day-to-day technical execution for strategic and surface weapon system programs, helping translate government requirements into clear, actionable engineering tasks for the contractor team. Projects include systems engineering support of a variety of weapons systems, weapons control systems, and warfare systems. Provide project engineering and technical leadership across all SOW task areasCoordinate systems engineering efforts spanning weapons, combat, fire control, and cyber domainsLead identification, analysis, and resolution of complex systems engineering issues involving DoD surface and subsurface Navy weapon systemsDirect system integration activities across multiple Navy surface and submarine platformsReview and approve technical deliverables for quality and compliance prior to government submissionCoordinate with government TPOCs on technical direction, task prioritization, and engineering issuesSupport development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule for engineering tasksMentor junior and journeyman engineers across technical disciplinesLead technical risk identification and mitigation planningSupport DevSecOps pipeline integration and full stack software engineering activities as required
