Quality Control Department Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing vendor parts including

PPAP, APQP.

Responsible for vendor parts of plastics, rubbers, metals, etc. Responsible for the activity of analysis and improvement for quality problem including in-line, vehicle plant concerns and warranty. Develop and implement future quality plans for vendor parts. Interface with customer representatives to address concerns, problems or other issues. Provide resolution to customer complaints in positive manner. All other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills. Strong technical knowledge of automotive products and the automotive industry. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Good team building and motivation skills. Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently.

Education/Training/Experience:

High School or equivalency required. Experience of assembly line activity preferred.
