The Global Industrial Engineering organization is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing optimization, capacity planning, advanced analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across onsemi's global manufacturing network. This position plays a key role in developing analytical solutions, capacity models, and decision-support tools that improve factory performance, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will work closely with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Engineering teams to drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
