Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Engineer to join our team at Rainbow Fertilizer, a division of Timac
AGRO USA.
Working under the direct mentorship of a Senior Engineer, the Junior Engineer will execute foundational engineering tasks while actively accelerating their technical expertise and applied engineering skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot the granulation machinery including granulators, scrubbers and dryers to maximize throughput and yield. Track daily production metrics, analyze material balances and identify bottlenecks in production. Help design, procure and commission minor capital expenditure (CapEx) projects and equipment upgrades. Assists with designing, building and testing products such as engines, machines, instruments, controls or robots. Develops control systems and monitors production. Verifies and tests assigned metrics on projects. Identifies potential areas of product improvement; recommends and assists with development of appropriate solutions. Ensures compliance with applicable company and client quality requirements in all assigned programs, functions, products, and areas. Identifies and reports problems with specific processes or products to the Senior Engineer. Assists the Senior Engineer in the development of new methods to improve product quality and process efficacy and efficiency. Provides general entry-level support to the Engineering Department.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Prior internship in related field highly desired. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using a database such as FoxPro or Oracle is highly desired.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent mechanical and technical skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to comprehend and follow directions. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
