Full-time Salary:

$100,000 - $150,000 per annum, dependent on experience Experience level: 5-10 years in supplier quality or related quality engineering roles What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Managing supplier qualification, audits, and ongoing performance assessments Developing and maintaining supplier quality requirements aligned with design standards and manufacturing protocols Implementing and overseeing corrective action programs (CAPA) with suppliers Maintaining quality management system (QMS) documentation and supplier compliance records Collaborating with engineering and procurement to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence Leading supplier quality improvement initiatives and mentoring junior quality team members Communicating quality metrics, audit findings, and performance trends to internal stakeholders What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: Must-have 5-10 years' experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or related quality assurance roles Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality standards Experience with supplier audits, performance metrics, and corrective action management Strong technical understanding of manufacturing and field application processes 1-2 years leading or mentoring team members Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field Authorization to work in the United States Nice-to-have

ISO 9001, ISO
