Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve technical packaging issues. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams, suppliers, and external manufacturing partners. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance technical requirements, customer needs, quality standards, and business objectives.
