About the Role As a Precision Machining Specialist, you will play a vital role in our production department by operating and maintaining complex multi-spindle screw machinery. Your expertise in precision manufacturing will ensure the consistent output of high-quality components while optimizing machine performance to meet rigorous production targets. Responsibilities Execute complex machining operations on multi-spindle equipment to meet precise technical specifications. Proactively monitor machine cycles and perform necessary adjustments to maintain optimal production flow. Validate component integrity by utilizing advanced precision measuring tools to ensure strict adherence to engineering drawings. Document production metrics and quality assurance data to support continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical irregularities to minimize equipment downtime. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization to foster a productive manufacturing environment. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating multi-spindle screw machines. Proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing instructions. Demonstrated ability to use precision inspection instruments, including micrometers and calipers. Strong mechanical aptitude with a proven track record of troubleshooting production issues. Preferred Skills Prior experience operating Davenport, New Britain, Wickman, or Greenlee machinery. Experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Strong commitment to quality control standards and process excellence.
