  • Mentoring junior crew members and embracing strong internal career development opportunities toward a Chief Engineer role.
  • Holding a valid CoC - Second Engineer (STCW III/2) alongside High Voltage certification.
  • Possessing up-to-date mandatory credentials, including Basic Safety Training (STCW VI/1), Advanced Firefighting (STCW VI/3), and Medical First Aid (STCW
