An automotive parts supplier near the Erlanger, KY area is looking for a Production Engineer . You will be supporting & improving manufacturing operations. This will be a hands-on role working directly with equipment production teams. The ideal candidate will have previous experience troubleshooting processes & coordinating tooling/maintenance activities. Responsibilities:

• Support daily production operations (efficiency, quality, & safety)
• Implement process improvements
• Troubleshoot issues (machine, tooling, & process)
• Work with maintenance team (facilitate PM schedules, equipment setup & adjustments)
• Maintain production tooling & fixtures
• Work with internal teams & vendors to ensure tooling meets requirments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a production engineering role
• Understanding of continuous improvement practices
• Experience with CNC equipment is a big plus
• Experience with cold forming processes is a big plus (stamping, forging)
