100% Onsite, Monday-Friday Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support production and assembly operations within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong quality background, hands-on experience supporting production, and the ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quality professional to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, and Quality teams while contributing to day-to-day operations and continuous improvement. Project Details Provide quality support for production and assembly operations. Investigate quality and production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) . Support non-conforming product investigations and corrective actions. Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, and Quality teams. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving quality issues. Support process and product quality improvements. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders. Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must-Haves Engineering degree or closely related technical degree. Experience in Quality Engineering, QA, Manufacturing Quality, Production Quality, Manufacturing Engineering , or a related field. Experience in medical device or relevant regulated/manufacturing industries preferred. Hands-on experience supporting production, manufacturing, assembly, or production operations . Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability and willingness to work 100% onsite, Monday-Friday . Ability to commit to a 12-month contract . Desired Skills Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, or other regulated manufacturing experience. CAPA and non-conformance experience. Quality improvement / continuous improvement experience. Supplier or customer quality experience. Experience working closely with Engineering and Production teams. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Quick learner with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.
