DeZURIK is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to improve supplier quality performance across our global supply base. This role is ideal for someone with experience working directly with suppliers, leading corrective actions, conducting audits, and solving quality issues in a manufacturing environment. Experience with castings, machining, assembly, engineering drawings, and GD&T is highly desired. This is an on-site position based in Sartell, Minnesota, with periodic domestic and international travel. U.S. work authorization is required. Sponsorship is not available for this role. In this role, you will partner with suppliers, Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, and Quality to investigate nonconformances, assess supplier processes, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions that prevent issues from recurring. You'll play a key role in improving supplier performance, product quality, and overall business results.
