Full-Time Salary Range:
$60,000- 75,000 (commensurate with experience)
Schedule:
9-80 (Every other Friday off) Must be a US Citizen AEsir Technologies, Inc. is a Joplin, Missouri-based manufacturer of nickel-zinc (Ni-Zn) energy storage systems. Our technology delivers a safer, higher-performance alternative to legacy battery chemistry for defense, industrial, and commercial applications. We work with active contracts across multiple branches of the U.S. military and support live commercial deployments, and we're growing our production capacity to meet increasing demand. AEsir Technologies is seeking applicants with a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering for an associate engineer position focused on the manufacturing of electrochemical cells and batteries. This will include assisting with any operational issues that arise in production and making process improvements that enhance manufacturability and reliability. The job is an entry level position, but applicants with relevant experience will also be considered.Work location:
Joplin, MO. (In person)- Work as part of a team to identify problems and propose solutions
- Analyze current processes and present ideas for scale-up and improvements
- Write reports documenting findings
- Write or edit specification documents for manufacturing equipment
- Design parts or fixtures necessary for production or experimentation
- Perform other related duties
- BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong skills in the use of CAD, preferably the use of Solid Works.
- Have proficient verbal and written communication
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze to identify problems
- Knowledge and commitment to diligent safety practices.
- Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial start-up environment.
Pay:
$60,000.00- $75,000.
