Responsibilities Analyze existing industrial processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency. Develop and implement optimized production layouts using 3D CAD modeling tools, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engineering solutions that meet project specifications and regulatory requirements. Conduct building code analysis and ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations throughout project phases. Utilize building information modeling (BIM) tools to create detailed digital representations of facilities and systems. Support the integration of new technologies and process innovations to streamline operations. Prepare detailed reports on process improvements, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements. Coordinate with construction teams to ensure that design specifications align with building code compliance. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide ongoing technical support. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in process optimization, design engineering, or construction project support. Strong knowledge of building code analysis and construction regulations. Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools. Experience with building information modeling (BIM) tools like Revit or Navisworks. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems for efficiency improvements. Excellent technical proficiency coupled with strong problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills for collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
