full-time We're hiring a Process Engineer to will oversee the launch and refinement of production systems supporting complex metal components and finished equipment. The Process Engineer will focus on establishing robust manufacturing practices, improving throughput, and implementing process improvements that support long-term operational scalability. Key Responsibilities Support the introduction of new manufacturing methods and production technologies Improve fabrication and assembly operations to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput Partner with production teams to resolve technical issues and optimize workflow performance Assist with equipment implementation, process validation, and manufacturing readiness activities Develop production standards, procedures, and process documentation Drive cost reduction, scrap reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action efforts Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support operational goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or process engineering environmen.
