Job Description Partner with engineering, production, and procurement teams to improve manufacturability of designs Ensure product designs align with production capabilities and constraints Monitor production schedules and contribute to on-time delivery performance Provide technical troubleshooting and support across manufacturing operations Analyze processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Maintain and enhance product quality through process optimization Review production workflows to ensure adherence to best practices and standards Create and maintain accurate technical documentation and reports Support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple product lines MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
