Responsibilities:

Manages daily operations of production control activities for systems software and hardware, data and applications Works with product teams to define, architect and implement tools to enhance availability, scalability, cost-efficiency, and performance of IT environment Ensures capacity planning for IT environment and implements performance metrics and event-driven alerting Provides second-level production support and maintain system management tools Participates in the disaster recovery processes/exercises and ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out to maintain business continuity Ensures that major revisions to applications in production are passed after thorough testing and proper documentation according to change management and software development life cycle Recommends suitable software solutions and ideas for automating tasks of daily operations Documents standard operating procedures and sharing frequent progress reports/ updates with required stakeholders Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards qualifications: Bachelors skills: computer science,IT operations,Soft Skills,Ability to work independently,administration,collect data,establish facts,mathematics,statistics,managed health care,production control,industry regulations
