OLED ARCHITECTURE ENGINEER

The Role:

Must be on site in Hopewell Junction, NY Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship The OLED Architecture Engineer will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and resolving issues in the OLED process flow to improve production yield. They will need to collaborate closely with the production and engineering teams to drive yield improvement projects, as well as generate quality signals reports to minimize impact of new quality events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive yield improvement projects by analyzing baseline performance Generate new signal reports to quickly identify and resolve new signals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process changes and resolve production issues Provide technical support to production and other departments as needed Develop and maintain production metrics and reports to track yield performance and improvement opportunities Create and execute DOE (design of experiments), analyze data, and communicate results with recommendations to the broader technical teams Perform SEM including chemical analysis

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in chemical, electrical, mechanical engineering or related technical field 5+ years' semiconductor integration and/or OLED Architecture manufacturing industry production experience required. 15+ years semiconductor integration and/or OLED Architecture manufacturing industry production experience preferred. Knowledge of AFM, TXRF, TEM, SEM and other available characterization techniques Strong oral and written communication skills, strong organization skills with an attention to detail, and excellent documentation capability Computer skills including MS O ice, Python, LabView, SQL software a plus
