Job Description

Process Engineer We are seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement, optimize manufacturing processes, and increase productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities Implement Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, Kaizen, and 5S improvements. Optimize production flow, capacity, scheduling, and equipment utilization. Create SOPs and Work Instructions. Support equipment implementation and process improvements. Work with production, quality, vendors, and customers. Use CAD/3D modeling to support manufacturing improvements. Qualifications 1+ year of manufacturing/process engineering experience. Strong SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD skills. Formal Lean/Six Sigma training required. Steel/metal manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Experience with lasers, press brakes, machining, plasma, or welding is a plus. Strong Excel, ERP, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ISO standards preferred. Competitive compensation + comprehensive benefits.
