Mid-level Industrial / LEAN Manufacturing Engineer

• Pennsylvania, USA PMC (Production Modeling Corporation) is seeking an Industrial Engineer with 2-4 years of experience that has strong LEAN Manufacturing expertise for a long-term contract that may very well turn into a permanent, full-time position with one of our clients in Pennsylvania.

Required Experience and Technical Skills:

We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of practical, hands-on experience in the following areas: + LEAN Manufacturing

• Continuous improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency + Time Studies / Work Standards
• Labor standards, time-and-motion studies, and productivity analysis + Manufacturing Layout Optimization
• Workstation layouts, equipment placement, and production flow + Process Mapping / Material Flow Optimization
• Identifying bottlenecks and improving manufacturing processes + Standard Work Documentation
• Developing and implementing standardized work procedures + Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
• Evaluating current-state and future-state processes + Plan for Every Part (PFEP)
• Material planning, inventory flow, and point-of-use delivery
