Complete analysis on monthly financials to track and control improvements Support development and execution of progress plan for assigned sites Support Operations in achieving critical business objectives and monthly KPI's Training/Skills Pursue Study of Six Sigma Green Belt Complete Michelin Industrial Progress Basics Training Build connections and relationships with Michelin Groupe Industrial Progress network Daily Progress Initiatives Support and monitor site-level production reporting Complete Root Cause Analysis for out-of-control processes Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For… We're seeking a team member who: has 0-3 years of Manufacturing Engineering Experience Works well in a team environment and communicates effectively.
