Boeing seeks high-potential graduate students for the LGO/Tauber Leadership Development Program in partnership with the University of Michigan. In this rotational role, you'll apply operations, manufacturing, and systems engineering skills to real aerospace programs, improving production flow, quality, and supply chain performance. Work on cross-functional teams, use data-driven problem solving, and drive lean and Six Sigma projects. You'll gain exposure to commercial and defense programs, senior mentors, and structured leadership development for future operations and manufacturing leadership roles.
