APQP & Launch Activities Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities. Review and approve supplier PPAP submissions. Verify process capability studies and control plans. Participate in new product launches and supplier readiness reviews. Ensure supplier achievement of launch timing and quality requirements. Customer & Plant Support Support manufacturing operations regarding supplier quality issues. Coordinate sorting, containment, and rework activities. Participate in customer visits and quality reviews. Minimize production disruptions caused by supplier non-conformances. Support other plant activities as needed. Data Analysis & Reporting Monitor supplier PPM performance. Analyze defect trends and warranty data. Develop supplier quality metrics and monthly reports. Recommend improvement actions based on performance data.
