Job Overview As a Plant Engineer, you will learn the skills of recycling aluminum while applying your engineering knowledge to achieve the plant's operational, maintenance, financial, and safety objectives. You will play a key role in optimizing production, maintaining quality, and leading a dedicated team at our Waverly, Tennessee plant. Requirements for the position include an engineering degree and a desire to work in a heavy manufacturing industry. Process improvement work experience, high mechanical aptitude, an advanced degree and a working knowledge of MS Access are pluses. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the aluminum recycling business and begin a long term career with growth opportunities. Initial assignments will be very diversified from doing process work to capital improvement projects to directing and managing plant floor associates. - Improvement of plant activities in the areas of safety and recovery
