O'Melveny's Intellectual Property & Technology practice group is seeking 2L summer associate candidates who want to work on high profile, transformative assignments with the best and brightest legal talent. Preferred educational background includes undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, mechanical engineering, material science, chemistry, biology, or an equivalent degree. An advanced degree or industry experience is a plus. Applicants should be committed to uncompromising excellence, distinctive leadership, and superior citizenship. To be eligible to apply for our 2028 summer program, you must submit a resume, undergraduate, and a law school transcript.
