Role:

We are looking for a reliable mechanical technician to join our small polymer concrete manufacturing team. You will support day-to-day production, test concrete specimens, keep inventory and assist with process improvements. Training on our specific materials and methods will be provided. Responsibilities Help with the production of concrete samples for research purposes Help building custom molds Maintain the workplace in orderly and clean conditions Maintain inventory of materials and consumables Communicate effectively any issues with concrete samples to help improve the products Support general production and shop activities Critical Abilities Comfortable and competent with power tools and hand tools Ability to measure precisely and work accurately Strong teamwork skills Good record-keeping habits Ability to lift more than 50 lbs regularly Safety-oriented mindset Proactive and willing to learn and grow within the company Preferred Experience (a plus, not required) Masonry, carpentry, or mechanic background Bilingual (Spanish and Portuguese preferred)
