Job Duties Assisting with the assembly, diagnostics, and testing of complex electro-mechanical systems Supporting design, build, and prototyping of mold and heater assembly tooling and fixtures Performing testing and troubleshooting using schematics, block diagrams, and technical instructions Implementing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in assembly methods Creating and streamlining work instructions, manufacturing methods, and training materials Using CAD software (SolidWorks, Pro-Engineer) to generate detailed models, drawings, and assemblies Participating in design reviews, offering input, and supporting the engineering staff Following safety protocols while working in office, manufacturing, and cleanroom environments Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or actively pursuing one) (Newly grads welcome!) 6 months of experience Experience with 3-D CAD systems (preferred) Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical diagnostics, hydraulic testing, and gas delivery systems Ability to read blueprints, follow schematics, and use precision tools Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. independently and over 25 lbs. with assistance Comfort with working around mechanical parts, electrical current, and chemicals, wearing PPE as required Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
