You will report directly to our Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Az location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the manufacturing operations by applying your expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies and process optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient production, contributing to Honeywell's position as a global technology leader. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing Experience with data analysis and statistical process control to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Ability to provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams and manage resources effectively to meet production targets
