$110 - $125K

SUMMARY As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer within a fast-growing PCBA contract manufacturing environment, you'll help shape how products are built, improve processes, and drive technical excellence across our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities of the

Senior Manufacturing Engineer:

Lead manufacturing readiness reviews and communicate build strategies to cross?functional teams.

Review customer drawings and documentation for manufacturability and compliance.

Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, work instructions, tooling requirements, and process documentation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput.

Analyze quality issues, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Specify, evaluate, and justify equipment, fixtures, and special processes for production.

Provide technical support to manufacturing, test engineering, and production teams.

Qualifications of the

Senior Manufacturing Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) preferred

7-10 years of experience in PCBA, cable assembly, or electromechanical manufacturing.required

Experience in contract manufacturing, preferably supporting military/aerospace customers.

Strong knowledge of IPC?A?610 and J?STD?001 standards required

Hands?on experience with Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proficiency with CAD tools and MES systems (Aegis preferred).

Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and lead cross?functional technical initiatives.
