Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Design Engineering Project Controls / Performance Analyst to support project scheduling, portfolio reporting, performance analysis, resource planning, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI, project controls, and performance data analysis . This role will work closely with cross-functional engineering and management teams to maintain project schedules, monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide accurate reporting to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities Maintain the Design Engineering project portfolio schedule for an assigned region and/or engineering discipline. Provide project reporting on project lists, scope, schedule, and status. Coordinate project status updates using the Smart Turnaround Tool (STT) and inputs from Excel, Access, and Power BI. Facilitate change requests and schedule re-baselining. Develop and maintain Design Engineering performance metrics to support delivery targets. Support and monitor resource planning, including LRP, EPEF, and resource histograms . Analyze company performance metrics, including financial, operational, and customer-related data. Develop and maintain performance management dashboards and reports using data visualization tools. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels to ensure performance metrics align with business objectives. Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Provide recommendations to improve business and project performance. Support performance goal setting, action planning, and progress tracking. Communicate project status, performance results, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering , or a related field. 5+ years of experience with Primavera P6 schedule updating and reporting. 7+ years of experience preparing or supporting performance data analysis and reporting. Intermediate-level knowledge of Primavera P6 , including filters, layouts, reporting, histograms, and schedule assessment. Strong understanding of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and activity relationships/logic that drive project schedule dates. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and large datasets . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and various levels of management. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting design engineering and/or construction schedules . Strong Project Controls experience. Experience with Microsoft Access and SAP . Proficiency with Power BI and other data visualization tools. Experience developing KPI dashboards and performance reports. Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certification is a plus. Experience with resource planning, forecasting, schedule variance analysis, and project performance management. $65.00 - $75.00 per hour Expected hours: 75.0 per week
