Job Description Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations Troubleshoot process disruptions, quality issues, and production bottlenecks Develop and maintain standard work and labor standards Improve workflow, ergonomics, material presentation, and process layouts Lead continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Facilities teams Drive operational efficiency, waste reduction, and process stability MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
