Accepting Candidates About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer II, NPI to support new product introduction, manufacturing process development, production readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a manufacturing environment, along with hands-on knowledge of process validation, PFMEA, control plans, Gage R&R, SolidWorks, and manufacturing documentation . Key Responsibilities Coordinate closely with Development and Manufacturing Engineering teams to define and document manufacturing requirements and processes throughout the product development lifecycle. Support manufacturing line readiness , including equipment, space, staffing, and production requirements. Develop and finalize inspection procedures , including inspection methods, sample sizes, and appropriate gages. Create work instructions, process flow charts, PFMEAs, and control plans . Perform process validation and Gage R&R activities. Maintain accurate BOMs, job routers, QMS, and DMR documentation . Create and modify tooling drawings and models using SolidWorks . Review manufacturing and process metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization . Support production transfers, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives . Drive manufacturing engineering projects from planning through timely completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful NPI and production implementation . Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing processes as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or manufacturing environment. Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and product development activities. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process validation, PFMEA, control plans, and Gage R&R . Hands-on experience creating and modifying tooling drawings and models using SolidWorks . Experience maintaining BOMs, job routers, QMS, and DMR documentation . Strong understanding of manufacturing line readiness and production transfer activities. Demonstrated ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities . Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and deadline-management skills . Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, onsite manufacturing environment .
