We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety across our facilities. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine manufacturing processes utilizing CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo to ensure precision and efficiency in product fabrication. Lead process improvement projects employing Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, implementing corrective actions to resolve engineering troubleshooting challenges. Program and maintain industrial automation systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robotics, CNC machines, and vision inspection systems. Design schematics and technical drawings for tooling, fixtures, and assembly line equipment using GD&T standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design engineers, quality assurance, and production staff—to optimize manufacturing workflows. Oversee factory experience initiatives such as welding, plastics injection molding, fabrication, tooling, and assembly line processes. Utilize engineering data analysis techniques to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support continuous improvement efforts. Lead factory projects involving industrial equipment installation, CNC programming, robotics integration, and process engineering. Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote lean management practices within manufacturing facilities. Experience Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role within a fast-paced environment. Proven expertise in project scheduling and project management within manufacturing settings is essential. Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements through Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma manufacturing initiatives is highly desirable. Candidates should have extensive knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo for designing schematics and tooling.

Additional qualifications include:

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in assembly line operations, fabrication, tooling, or robotics. Proficiency in industrial automation systems including PLC programming and vision inspection systems. Experience with plastics injection molding processes and CNC programming. Familiarity with quality improvement programs in engineering such as GD&T standards. Ability to analyze complex engineering data sets for process optimization. Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting techniques. Background in lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
