Job Description Job Description Responsibilities:

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

70% of time will be in the manufacturing production area Strong project management capabilities Who are we looking for?

Qualifications:

Required:

4-year degree in Engineering 4+ years of manufacturing experience Experience in process driven, continuous operations Experience leading high performance work teams Experience with process control and new product introduction technologies Proven project management skills Strong record of Lean Sigma Tools implementation

Preferred:

Wire and cable expe You should be proficient in: Lean Manufacturing Principles Six Sigma Experience Plastic Extrusion Experience Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Root Cause Analysis New product introduction
