We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who likes to understand how things work - and can't help but think about how they could work better. If you're the kind of person who notices the tool that's always in the wrong place, a process that takes five steps when it could take three, or the simple fixture that could make someone's job easier, you'll probably fit in well here. That could mean designing a fixture, creating a tool board, improving a workstation, redesigning a sheet metal part, organizing a process - or tackling an opportunity we haven't even identified yet. We're specifically interested in someone who is finishing their engineering degree or has recently graduated and is looking for a place where they can learn quickly, take ownership, and make a visible impact. What You'll Work On Design tools, fixtures, jigs, carts, workholding, and other practical solutions. Create tool boards and visual organization systems that make work easier and more intuitive. Improve manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly processes. Design or modify sheet metal parts and components. Improve workstation layouts, ergonomics, material flow, and organization. Work directly with the people doing the job to understand pain points and develop practical solutions. Identify repetitive or inefficient tasks and find smarter ways to accomplish them. Take projects from problem to idea to design to build to test to improvement. Document successful improvements and help make them part of how we operate. Find opportunities we haven't thought of yet. What We're Looking For Currently completing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field. A hands-on mindset and genuine interest in manufacturing and how things are made. Experience with - or a strong desire to learn - sheet metal design and fabrication. Familiarity with CAD or a willingness to become proficient. Interest in tooling, fixtures, workplace organization, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement. Comfortable working alongside people on the shop floor and learning from their experience. Willingness to experiment, learn from what doesn't work, and keep improving.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and move around equipment and workstations as needed to observe, measure, install, or test improvements. Ability and willingness to follow all required safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
